The Company

Bedford Systems Management Ltd. is a Canadian private corporation in St. Catharines, Ontario. We have been providing quality software solutions and consulting services since 1983.

As well as IT consulting and custom software development, we offer a complete suite of packaged software called Aspire Project Suite. At it's inception in 1988 it was deployed as a single module, unlike our 8 module product of today. Developed on clunky desktop computers running MS-DOS, green screens and dot matrix printers, technology like faxing, emailing, laptops, cell phones, the internet and Microsoft Windows were just getting started or non-existent. At the time, It didn't seem like a challenging development environment.

We have come a long way since then. Our products are now fully Microsoft Windows 10 compliant and share the look, feel and functionality of the sophisticated operating environments of today.
