Software Protection Plan

Your software is the most important aspect of your business. To keep it running smoothly and to protect your investment, you need to keep it up to date.  Aspire offers three options designed to meet your needs.

This is our most popular annual plan and the first year is included when you purchase Aspire Project Suite.  It provides a no nonsense level of support and maintains the value of your software by keeping it at the current version level.  The cost of this plan is based on market value and ranges between 15% and 25% depending on the product.  It includes:

Complete Support and Maintenance Plan

This option provides technical support on demand.  Support is available at the standard hourly rate (currently $90.00 per hour), with a minimum 15 minute charge.  You will still receive The Suite News and have access to the Client Services area of our web site.   


Version, maintenance and payroll updates must be purchased for a set fee, established at the time of release.  Since we can only guarantee to provide technical support for the current version of Aspire, you may be required to purchase the updates before technical support can be provided.  This obviously causes a delay in receiving the assistance you need and may prove expensive in the long run!

Our software protection plan is the minimum plan required to keep your software up to date.  This provides updates,bug fixes and enhancements.  Because your software is maintained at the current release level, pay as you go technical support is available.  This plan includes:

  • Unlimited priority access to our technical support Help Desk

  • Automatic version, maintenance and payroll updates, with e-mail notification of availability

  • The Suite News, our quarterly e-newsletter

  • Access to the Client Services area of our web site

  • Automatic version, maintenance and payroll updates, with e-mail notification

  • The Suite News, our quarterly e-newsletter

  • Access to the Client Services area of our web site

  • Access to Pay as you Go Technical Support

Regardless of the option chosen, you'll receive The Suite News, our quarterly newsletter covering topics such as helpful hints and tips on getting the most out of our products, detailed reviews of specific product features and early release notes for planned enhancements.


You'll also have access to the Client Services area of our web site containing frequently asked questions and other helpful information.
